Kale, Carrot & Ginger Juice

Serves 2-3


100g (5 large) kale leaves, washed
3 (160g each) medium carrots
2cm pieces ginger
250ml (1 cup) H2coco Coconut water, chilled
2 tsp maple syrup
Crushed ice, to serve


  1. Process the kale, carrots and ginger through a juice fountain into a jug. Stir in the coconut water and maple syrup.
  2. Pour over crushed ice. Serve.
