Kale & Banana Smoothie

Serves 2-3


100g (5 large) kale leaves, washed
500ml (2 cups) H2coco Coconut water
2 bananas, peeled
1 cup Greek yoghurt
½ cup ice cubes


  1. Remove the centre core from kale leaves. Roughly chop leaves. Pour coconut water into a blender, followed by the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until well combined. Pour into glasses. Serve.


If you freeze the bananas in their skins, and add frozen banana to smoothie its even creamier. The banana skins will turn black but fruit inside stays perfect.
